Theater Place


Located at 622 Main Street in Buffalo, New York, this 60,000 square foot mixed-use project was developed in the early 1980’s and served as the lynch-pin for the revitalization of Buffalo’s Theatre District.

It was a joint venture project of Seneca Development & Management Corp. and the City of Buffalo and was sold in 2003 to an affiliate of Acquest Development, LLC.
