The facility was built in 2004 to serve as the new 32,000 square foot Southtowns Campus for Bryant & Stratton College. It is located at 200 Redtail, Orchard Park, New York, in Sterling Business Park.

It is a joint venture project of Seneca Development & Management Corp. and the Casilio Companies.
