This facility, built in 1995, is comprised of 137,520 square feet and is located near the Canadian border at 21 Lawrence Paquette Industrial Drive, Champlain Industrial Park, in Champlain, New York. It was sold in 2005 and presently serves as a major warehouse and distribution center for World Warehouse and Distribution, Inc. It was a joint venture project of Seneca Development & Management Corp., the Casilio Companies and Zappia Leasing, Inc.
