This facility, comprised of 149,760 square feet, is located at 50 Thielman Drive, New Buffalo Industrial Park, Buffalo, New York, and was originally built in 1994 to serve as a major distribution warehouse facility for Miller and Molson beer. Several years after it was built, the building was converted into a manufacturing facility to serve as home to Trico Products Corp.
Recently the property was sold to Curtis Screw Co., Inc., and has been renovated into a first-class manufacturing facility.
It is a joint venture project of Seneca Development & Management Corp., the Casilio Companies and Zappia Leasing, Inc.
